Are you looking for a job that will be fun, rewarding, and put extra money in your pocket? Well pet care might be right for you. But it takes much more than a love of animals to be a Pet Care Specialist (PCS) for Bella's K9 Training & Pet Care.

 

A Bella's K9 Training & Pet Care PCS is reliable, friendly, dependable, animal lovers. We are able to see a project through to full completion and strive for excellence with each client that is of great value to us. Our clients rely on us to care for their pets and home when they are away, and we only hire a PCS who will take this task seriously. Great organization skills, the ability to work independently, good time management skills, good communication skills and be able to drive and walk in most weather conditions. Located in the Rochester and Greater Rochester area.

 

If you LOVE animals, desire to spend time with them, and want to make some extra money in the process, this might be the job for you. There are two positions a PCS must be willing to work.

• Providing Pet Care to our weekly scheduled clients: pet taxi, dog walking and daily visits

• On Call PCS for any of our clients who need our Pet Care Services.

As an On Call PCS, you should know that our company does not offer typical job “shifts”. You will not be working a 4-8 hour shift on set days. The way our scheduling works is that you perform 30 minute to 1 hour visits as designated by the clients. This means you must be available when the client needs. We cannot offer a set number of hours per week. Minimum availability is listed below each job description.

 

Position Requirements:

• You have at least 2 pet sitting references.

• You must have an insured and reliable vehicle (able to transfer pets safely) and a valid drivers license.

• You must absolutely love animals (all kinds!).

• You can make at least a six-month commitment to working with Bella's Kanine Training & Pet Care.

• You are neat, tidy and respectful in our client’s home.

• You can pass a criminal background check and reference checks.

• You have home internet access, valid email (must check regularly), a cell phone (with ability to text is a MUST) and a printer.

• You must be at least 21 years old.

• Available to work most holidays and weekends

• Caring for all pets under our care

• Pet Care Duties include but not limited to: cleaning, feeding, providing clean water, entertaining all pets under our care
